Terms of service and purchase

These are services supplied by Baraka Fadi – iCareIntel.com. The displayed total includes 25% VAT only after verified Swedish-consumer tax treatment. No automatic renewal applies.

Membership renewals add the selected 30, 90 or 360 days to the existing service end (or the start date if later). They add no reading credits. Private-chat allowances are 80, 240 or 640 credits after actual acceptance of current chat terms. Public AI uses only explicitly published information and a separate bounded funding pool.

Five reading credits or 200 private-chat credits are shared by the account and do not expire. Private chat also requires membership and current chat consent. Document permissions and data consent remain separate. Saved accepted results can be reopened and downloaded without a new credit charge.

You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract and receipt of the required information, without giving a reason. Use Purchases → Withdraw from this purchase, email Support@icareintel.se, or send a clear notice to the seller address. The standard withdrawal form is included in the downloadable contract. Statutory rights for delay, defects and extended withdrawal periods remain.

If you decline early performance, benefits start after the full withdrawal period, counted from the day after payment and receipt of required information, with Swedish weekend/holiday extensions. An unticked choice is not consent. Payment, credit issuance and unused credits do not mean the service is fully performed. No digital-content waiver is imposed.

We do not offer additional change-of-mind refunds outside your statutory rights. Your rights to withdraw where applicable, complain about defective or undelivered services, and obtain remedies required by law are unaffected. Unused purchased credits remain available under their purchase terms and are not otherwise redeemable for cash. Only fairly priced, proven delivered service may be deducted where legally permitted. Completed usable readings, consumed chat credits and renewal days actually supplied can count; future renewal days, downtime during payment review, credit issuance, internal funding reservations and failed or uncertain provider calls do not prove delivery. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Statutory defect and non-delivery remedies may apply even after the ordinary withdrawal period.

Refunds are administered manually through support and payment/banking tools. The original payment method remains the default; a different bank or Swish method requires your express agreement and is fee-free. Declining an alternative does not remove your original-method right. A proposal is not a completed refund. Verified completion is recorded with the original purchase, reason, amount, VAT and payment reference. Uncertain, duplicate, provider-refund and dispute outcomes must be reconciled under the same operation. A transfer outside Klarna does not cancel its invoice: the original obligation must also be reconciled through the appropriate merchant process. For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your notice; no administrative review removes statutory deadlines.

Baraka Fadi trades as Baraka Fadi – iCareIntel.com. The included 360-day membership starts at genuine claim-code activation, not shipment, purchase or Amazon FBA storage. Twenty account-shared reading credits are granted once; linked cards do not each receive another grant. Eight hundred included private-chat credits require actual acceptance of current chat terms within the applicable membership/grace rules. Renewals add no reading credits. Health-data consent, permission to process documents with AI and public disclosure are separate from purchase acceptance.

For a package bought on Amazon.se, start a return through your Amazon order and the applicable Amazon process. Separate app renewals and credit purchases follow these app terms. Activation does not automatically remove statutory rights to return the physical package. The app does not refund Amazon orders.

For withdrawal, defects, non-delivery or complaints contact Support@icareintel.se or Baraka Fadi at the address above. The online withdrawal function remains at Purchases → Withdraw from this purchase and gives a durable downloadable acknowledgement. Late requests and other statutory claims receive individual review; day 14 is not an automatic rejection of all rights. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may apply to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, subject to its current scope, time and value rules, or use the courts. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

AI may be incomplete, mistaken or unavailable. It is not a diagnosis, medical professional or emergency-response service and has no guaranteed medical accuracy or emergency availability. Check important information with a qualified professional; contact emergency services directly when needed. Request charges and limits are shown before confirmation. Failed or unusable processing restores customer credits once; provider costs are accounted for separately. Reopening retained saved results or downloading them does not start another paid AI request. Statutory rights are unaffected.

This version applies to new app purchase contracts. Previously accepted versions and their promises remain attached to those purchases.
